学生党组织在学生科研团队建设中的作用

我国从十九世纪九十年代起开始逐渐把科学研究引入至本科教育,这种做法得到了教育主管部门的肯定,推动了大学生科研团队的兴起。学生科研团队是通过参加科学研究实践活动的途径培养大学生的科研、创新、协作能力的科研组织。而在我国大学生科研团队的成员构成之中,相当数量的成员是大学生党员。而目前大学生基层党组织在大学生科研团队建设方面的工作相对滞后,本文就大学生科研团队中学生党组织的角色问题进行了探讨。     

网络文化背景下的高校大学生思想政治教育工作

信息技术和网络化促进了知识的经济化和经济的全球化,使得知识和人才在经济发展中的地位和作用越来越重要。网络时代对高校思想政治教育工作产生了深刻影响,也给高校的思想政治教育带来了全新理念与机遇。本文通过认真分析网络对大学生思想政治教育的影响提出了几点应对策略。     

面向学生群体的高校诚信教育影响因素研究及对策

针对目前高校学生群体存在的信用缺失现象、高校诚信教育体系尚待完善等问题,探索了面向学生群体的高校信用教育体系构建对策。研究了高校学生群体信用缺失的一些新的表象及其影响因素,利用DEMATEL量化分析工具,研究了诸多因素之间的复杂关系,提出了高校诚信教育体系的建设策略。     

学生党支部组织生活创新研究

本文就高校学生党支部组织生活进行了探究,对其存在的问题及产生原因进行了梳理,并就此提出了对学生党支部组织生活创新改革的若干建议。     

论语言差异与民族学生学业质量

本文运用文化人类学的研究方法,对影响民族学生学业质量的文化因素进行了深入的研究分析,在此基础上,以文化冲突等相关理论为依据,着重从文化的角度分析影响民族学生学业质量的语言差异因素,并进行理论解释和探讨,提出相关的对策建议。     

The Effects of Electronic Collaboration in Distributed Project Management

Abstact The emergence and widespread use of collaborative technologies for distributed project management has opened up opportunities for off-shore outsourcing and collaborative development. However, most tools and techniques for project management focus on on-site, long term relationships and sourcing strategies at a time when inter-organizational relationships are becoming more dynamic and geographically dispersed. This paper uses grounded theory to analyze data on virtual teams' projects. The analysis uncovers “effects” in the way in which distributed projects are managed. These effects relate to coordination, communication and adaptation to distributed electronic work environments. Following an analysis of these electronic collaboration “effects”, a model for distributed project management is presented.     

The impacts of student and life satisfaction on tourism students’ perceived sense of belonging

This study explores how tourism students’ satisfaction with their lives and academics affect their sense of belonging within their school communities. The primary supporting research was conducted using a questionnaire, which 285 students in Akdeniz University’s Faculty of Tourism answered. The mean scores of the two scales (life satisfaction and sense of belonging) and the dimensions of student satisfaction were used to conduct multiple regression analysis. The results suggest that two aspects of student life (teaching staff and school management vs. student support and counseling) and life satisfaction had a direct correlation with students’ sense of belonging.     

内蒙古财经学院学生课外体育活动现状与调查分析

现阶段,社会各界人士对"健康"这一词给予高度评价,尤其是"健康第一"的指导思想被大众所接受。从教育这个角度出发,高校学生身心健康问题越来越受到社会的关注。学校体育文化酝酿着丰富的内容和崇高的文化价值,对高校学生的身心健康有积极的影响。通过对内蒙古财经学院学生课外体育活动现状的调查与分析,探讨了新形势下以学校现有的条件如何进一步推动体育工作,以及培养学生对体育的兴趣和开展好课外体育活动的新途径。根据这些内容具体提出了几点建议。     

Who's in charge here? Co‐CEOs,power gaps,and firm performance

At the pinnacles of organizations, comparative tests of unity of command and shared command are nearly impossible because only one individual sits atop most organizations. In organizations led by co‐CEOs, however, such a test is possible because co‐CEOs can truly share power. But do they? Our research pits the unity‐of‐command principle against the shared‐command principle and finds overall support for the former, even within the co‐CEO context. Our sample of 71 co‐CEO pairs at publicly traded U.S. firms shows that increasing power gaps between co‐CEOs are positively associated with firm performance. This positive association wanes and turns negative, however, as power gaps become very large. We conclude that whatever benefits the co‐CEO structure might offer likely lie outside the shared command paradigm. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

试论我国硕士研究生招生制度

研究生教育是国家最高层次教育,而硕士研究生教育制度中的招生制度则是培养高质量研究生的重要前提。在当前研究生教育的快速发展中,招生公正公平性不强、招生过程过于繁杂、人才选拔方式单一、高等学校师资配备的数量和结构与水平落后于招生规模的发展等问题,已经严重影响了研究生教育。应切实改革研究生的考试流程与人才选拔方式,实行研究生教育适当收费,正确处理研究生招生中的平等与效益的关系,大力推进研究生教育向更加科学化方向发展。
